Overview
Unusually quiet and peaceful live/work loft in the design district of SoMa. Unique vintage feel with hand painted backdrops and stylized furniture!
Would be excellent for small to medium size headshot, portrait, boudoir, product, food, or equivalent video work.
All light comes from a small enclosed patio that's private, so there's almost no noise, great for audio.

<p><strong>Venue Rules</strong></p><p>- Smoking allowed on (small) patio only\ - No use of anything that creates smoke\ - No kids or pets, unless I know you!\ - No use of the upstairs, exceptions made for the occasional overhead shot. (But not a shootable area.)\ - Clean up all messes to avoid a cleaning fee, dishes can go in dishwasher</p> <p><strong>Cleaning</strong></p><p>Space is kept quite clean, and additional cleaning supplies are available should you require them,</p>
