All rental times must include setup and teardown, and all load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated timeframe agreed upon in advance. There is 2 hour free street parking as well.</p> <p><strong>Cleaning</strong></p><p>Cleaning is included in the hourly rate, but guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Please respect the space and tidy up after yourself.</p>
